Abstract: 

To effectively leverage artificial intelligence (AI), organizations need a comprehensive understanding of their AI maturity level. Assessing AI maturity can serve as the first step in developing a digital transformation roadmap and AI strategies. This study aims to present a comprehensive framework for evaluating organizational AI maturity. The research methodology employed is a systematic literature review. Through this process, after screening and assessing the quality of scientific articles and consulting reports, 31 selected documents were analyzed. The findings indicate that key dimensions of AI maturity include strategy and leadership, organization and culture, data, technology and infrastructure, operations, decision-making, ethics and regulations, security, and privacy. Additionally, it was found that existing maturity models primarily focus on technical and managerial aspects, with less attention given to social, legal, and ethical dimensions. By conducting a comparative analysis of various AI maturity models, this study proposes a comprehensive framework for assessing organizational readiness in adopting and developing AI, which can serve as a guideline for policymakers and organizational managers.

Abstract: 

With the advancement of artificial intelligence and the proliferation of autonomous interactions among intelligent systems, inter-AI contracts have emerged as a novel domain within cyber law. The primary research question of this study is how existing legal frameworks can govern contracts between AI systems and what challenges arise regarding liability, legal validity, and enforcement of these contracts. The significance of this topic lies in the fact that AI-AI interactions may create legal obligations without direct human intervention, rendering traditional laws insufficient to address emerging needs. The objective of this article is to provide a legal analysis of inter-AI contracts and to examine the capacity of emerging cyber law principles to address this phenomenon. The research method is descriptive–analytical, based on documentary study, including the review of existing laws, international instruments, and hypothetical inter-AI contract examples. The results indicate that while traditional concepts of contracts and legal responsibility offer preliminary adaptability to AI-AI interactions, legal gaps and the lack of clarity in defining machine intent and obligations necessitate the development of novel frameworks and specific cyber law regulations. The innovation of this study lies in presenting a combined analysis of contract law and emerging cyber law concepts for inter-AI interactions and proposing legal criteria for validating and ensuring the enforceability of such contracts. The findings can guide the formulation of comprehensive regulations and legal safeguards for autonomous intelligent interactions.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this paper is to develop a comprehensive maturity model for command and control. For this purpose, the inductive research method has been used to design the maturity model. Thus, firstly, the most prominent maturity models in command and control, including the conceptual maturity model, the headquarters maturity model, the NATO model, and the maturity model of integrated command and control centers (ICCCs) were analyzed. Among the studied models, the NATO model is more comprehencive, so we chose it as a basis for developing our model. Then, the stages and variables of maturity were analyzed using the focus group method. The findings of the research show that some important characteristics of the command and control maturity  have been neglected in the basic model. Therefore, the innovation of this research is to add new features to achieve a more comprehensive model. The result is a model containing 5 levels and 20 variables. Validation of the model has been done through comparative study and focus group method, which should be further strengthened by case studies and survey researches.

Abstract: 

Artificial intelligence (AI) is simulating human brain by computer systems. It combines computer science and datasets, to enable problem-solving and decision-making capabilities of the human mind. During the last decade, this technology has attracted lots of attention because it has been rapidly developed and applied to so many areas of human activities. It could respond to so many of daily questions efficiently, and also, perform tasks and duties that would require human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning, perception and problem-solving. AI technology can process large amount of data and these days is being used across different businesses and industries.  Some of the advantages of AI are: ability to analyze data accurately and rapidly, promoting efficiency and productivity, save time, advise in different activities, such as management, finance, banking, marketing, health, transportation, and security affairs. Of course AI has some disadvantages, such as: job displacements, ethical concerns about people privacy, biased programming, accelerated hacking, terrorism, destroying cyber security, misuse of personal data and biometric information.     In order to avoid the negative consequences of artificial intelligence, AI should be developed and used in an ethical manner. Different countries and global institutions should try to combine its scientific capacity with ethical norms and principles effectively.

Abstract: 

The development of artificial intelligence has gained momentum in recent years in many fields, most of which have been trying to improve organizational functions. However, there are gaps in how organizations should use artificial intelligence to improve organizational productivity. Regarding the application of artificial intelligence and the conditions of internal organizations, this research is a conceptual research model that identifies the effects that artificial intelligence (AI) can have in improving organizational productivity. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of artificial intelligence in improving organizational productivity in 1402. The statistical population of the research included all the selected employees of the affiliated companies of the Ministry of Energy in Tehran, whose total number was 330, out of which 175 people were considered as the sample size using the Morgan table and simple random sampling method. The method of data collection was based on the standard questionnaires of artificial intelligence of Micallef et al. (2023) and the productivity of Achio (1994). After the distribution and collection of questionnaires, information review and hypothesis testing was done using the structural equation modeling method and with the help of Smart PLS 2 software in two parts of the measurement model and the structural part. In the first part, the technical characteristics of the questionnaire including reliability, convergent validity and divergent validity specific to PLS were investigated. In the second part, the significant coefficients of the software were used to check the research hypotheses. Finally, the findings of the research confirmed the impact of artificial intelligence and its functions, including infrastructure, the ability to expand work and preventive positions in the studied society.

Sa'dallah Wannous is a great Syrian play writer who has made great endeavor to flourish and help make Arabic playwright shine. His works have an elevated position among original Arabic dramas the one being Al-Malek -ho- Al-Malek which is the most prominent sample of contemporary dramas. This work focuses on everyday problems of Arabs and reflects realities of Arab society and their rulers.Tanas (intertextual) is a prominent term in modem Arabic criticism and is an outcome of a French term 'intertext'. This term means connection and intermittence of a text with other. This term possesses different rules and forms. Sensational play and its high level of acceptance among Arabs motivated the authors to consider it from new point of view.Contemporary creative play writer in order to make their works forceful could interpolate old invaluable heritage with them. Sa'dallah Wannous are one among those who in his work Al-Malek -ho- AI- Malek effectively took help of fables and stories of renowned Alef Laila (Hazar-o- Y ek Shab).Taking into account intertextual phenomena, the current paper tries to evaluate the proposed playwright and highlight different forms of intertextaulity in two fields i.e. story and technocal method.

Abstract: 

Abd- Al Sami' Ibn-Mohammad-Ali- Yazdi is one of the Lettered, jurists & poets of 13th century (A.H) that has done valuable services to the Arabic Language and literature like so many other Iranian. So far, there are only a few biographical books in which he has been mentioned or introduced. Unfortunately he has been forgotten during the passage of time. Most of his writings are in Arabic and their subject is Arabic syntax. One of his most important writings is Al- Orwat Al-Wothqa poem which is in hundred and ten verses. Although this literary canon is unknown, but there exist three descriptions on it among the manuscripts. These descriptions reveal its importance. This paper will introduce this Iranian scientist and its canon and correct the manuscript.

It is because of this season that a great past of literature is constituted of the genre of fiction. One of the many kinds of fiction is the mystical narrative, the fundamental basis (axis) of which is "Keramat". Because of his awareness of the storys felt impression and in order to prove its central basis, the narrotor has made use of such a strncture.Most of these narration can be analysed through the critical criteria of the modern stories. For this aim, the present writer has studied the strncture of the three ancient mystrical works - kashf Al- Mahjub, Asrar Al-tohid, Tazkerat Al - aliya - from the narrative point of view.

Abstract: 

As the ratio of evapotranspiration to precipitation, Aridity Index (AI) is used to quantify the value of aridity. In this study, sensitivity analysis was performed on AI using the partial derivative method based on 7 meteorological variables including Pre, TMax, TMin, ea, U2 and RS in 5 different climates based on De Martonne’ s classification method during the period 1990-2019 on annual time scale. Mann-Kendall test and Sen’ s slope estimation method were employed for the purpose of trend detection of AI variations. CanESM2 atmospheric circulation method under two scenarios including RCP4. 5 and RCP8. 5 and Statistical Downscaling Model (SDSM) were used to predict AI variations in the future period of 2020-2050. The Results of AI trend analysis indicated increased aridity in all stations excluding Mashhad. The Results of sensitivity coefficient showed that precipitation, among all other climate variables, contributed the most to AI variations, as 10% increase in precipitation resulted in a decrease in AI in Rasht, Ilam, Yasouj, Mashhad and Kerman by 10. 72%, 11. 81%, 12. 48%, 11. 14% and 12. 82%, respectively. AI had then the highest sensitivity to TMax and TMin in Ilam and Rasht stations, to ea in Kerman and Mashhad stations, and to Rs in Yasouj station. Throughout the next 30-year period, it is expected that AI values increase in all observed stations except Yasouj. The highest and lowest annual AI increase rates throughout this period would take place in Rasht station under scenario RCP8. 5, and in Mashhad station under scenario RCP4. 5.
